Ruis Elixir 30ml - Elder-tree medicine, summer elderflower tincture combined with autumn elderberry syrup, and the honey of Sliabh an Iarainn.

Elder is an ancient Irish tree - known as ‘‘Ruis’’ in Ogham. Elder is a tree that is connected with the lungs, heart. and with the emotional body. As the lungs are known to hold grief, Elder opens the gateway to grief and supports in the release of it from our bodies. Physically being an expectorant, it can assist in the release of phlegm/fluid or also stuck energy from the lungs. ‘‘Elder’’ - it says it in the name. Elder is a grandparent of the land, which when we connect with reverence and receptivity, can support us in remembering the ancient wisdom held in our bones, body and blood.
